Applications:
CKC Medium-Duty Industrial Enclosed Gear Systems: Suitable for industrial, commercial, plant, and fine-speed reducer gear systems. Effective for most conventional closed-loop industrial gear systems operating at medium load and low speed.
Applicable to spur gear and flywheel systems as well as the bearings and mechanical components of other gear mechanisms.

Excellent Seal Compatibility: The formulation is highly compatible with common seal materials, effectively preventing seal swelling or shrinkage, reducing system leakage risk, and ensuring safe equipment operation.
Outstanding Demulsibility: Superior water separation capability rapidly separates water from the system, maintaining the stability of all lubricant performance parameters.

The medium load gear oil series adopts new, unique extreme pressure and antioxidant technology additives to improve the following properties: good seal ring compatibility, gear and bearing protection, high temperature and oxidation stability, and foam stability.
For equipment managers of industrial gearboxes, these excellent performances eliminate their concerns about gear wear and material incompatibility, thereby increasing operating time and reducing maintenance costs; Compared to conventional additive technologies, it can also bring more benefits.

Medium load closed industrial gear system:
CKC medium load gear oil uses sulfur-phosphorus type additives, which can be applied to ordinary industrial, chemical, papermaking, sugar and other reducer systems to achieve efficient operation of most steel gears in medium load closed industrial gearboxes.

Other devices:
Can be used for lubrication of bearings and other components in circulation and splash lubrication systems.
