Machine Tool Guideways: Suitable for lubricating precision machine tool guideways, slides, carriages, columns, centers, and other sliding surfaces — particularly for high-precision CNC machining centers and grinding machines.
Combined Hydraulic-Guideway Systems: The preferred choice for combined hydraulic and guideway shared-system lubrication equipment.
Viscosity grades 32, 46, and 68 are applicable to line guides, drilling-milling, surface grinding, jig boring, and coordinate boring machine applications.

Stick-Slip Prevention: Effective anti-stick-slip properties prevent creep on machine tool slides, protecting workpiece machining accuracy and surface finish quality.
Good Thermal Stability & Corrosion Resistance: Effectively prevents oil degradation and corrosive attack on machine tool guideways and hydraulic systems during prolonged high-temperature operation, maintaining continuous, efficient system performance.

Meets or Exceeds: Cincinnati P-47/P-50/P-69, ISO 19378 standards.

The hydraulic rail oil series uses deep-refined base oil, designed for lubrication equipment in hydraulic and rail shared systems, as well as for lubrication of general medium and low-pressure hydraulic systems and precision machine tool rails.

Machine tool guide rail:
Hydraulic guide oil is suitable for lubricating various precision machine tool guides, sealing gears, drag plates, locators, and other sliding parts, as well as impact vibration friction points, especially workbench guides. 32 and 46 viscosity oils can be used for horizontal lathes, drilling machines, and milling machines; Oil grades 32, 46, and 68 are used for universal grinding, external grinding, internal grinding, flat grinding, gear hobbing machines, and coordinate boring machines.

Ordinary hydraulic system and gearbox system:
It can be used for ordinary hydraulic systems and gearbox systems.
