MF9200 Soft-Film Rust Preventive Oil (Long Term)

MF9200 is a soft-film rust preventive oil of the thin-film type, featuring strong rust prevention and excellent salt-spray resistance. Used for rust prevention treatment on machined metal surfaces. Rust protection duration varies with environmental conditions; under warehouse storage conditions, protection is generally 12 months or more.

Applications:
Metal Component Rust Prevention: Primarily used for rust prevention treatment of ferrous metal materials including steel, cast iron, machined components, machine tool equipment, and spare parts.

Key Performance Benefits:
Strong Rust & Salt-Spray Resistance: Provides excellent salt-spray corrosion resistance with Class A salt-spray test certification, particularly suitable for use in high-salt-spray, high-humidity coastal factories, warehouses, and port storage environments.
Versatile Application Methods: Applicable by wiping, spray misting, brushing, or immersion dipping. Application method can be flexibly selected based on workpiece geometry and protection requirements.
Flexible, Resilient Film: The protective film formed possesses good flexibility, resisting film detachment from mechanical vibration or minor bending, providing more reliable protection for complex-shaped components.
Broad Metal Compatibility: Compatible with cast iron, cast steel, and various metal substrates, with good compatibility with most anti-corrosion primers and metal surface treatment processes.
