Excellent Copper/Lead Material Compatibility: Specifically designed for the unique lubrication challenges of worm gear pairs involving dissimilar metal contact between copper alloy worm wheels and steel worms. The formulation offers excellent affinity for copper and lead materials, delivering effective film thickness protection under heavy-load, low-speed conditions to prevent adhesive wear between dissimilar metals.
High-Viscosity Load-Carrying Capacity: High viscosity grades (320, 460) maintain adequate oil film thickness in low-speed, high-torque worm gear drives, effectively protecting worm wheel and worm tooth flanks from excessive wear and pitting.
Excellent Water Separation & Anti-Emulsification: Superior oil-water separation performance rapidly separates water contamination from the lubricating system, maintaining the physical and chemical properties of the lubricant.
Superior Corrosion Inhibition: Contains specialized corrosion inhibitors providing effective protection for copper alloy and steel worm gear components against corrosive media.

The worm gear oil series adopts a proprietary technology additive formula to improve the following performance: good oxidation stability to reduce the harm of steel, copper, and sealing materials, excellent anti-foaming performance, and excellent oil-water separation. For equipment managers of industrial gearboxes, these excellent performances eliminate their concerns about gear wear and material incompatibility, thereby increasing operating time and reducing maintenance costs; Compared to conventional additive technologies, it can also bring more benefits. Outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, extending the service life of worm gears, worms, and copper components;
Under heavy impact load conditions, it can provide high load-bearing capacity, better protect gears and bearings, and extend the service life of equipment;
Ensure that the equipment can still operate smoothly in high and low temperature environments;
Better low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature viscosity oil film retention performance, thereby maintaining or improving system efficiency, while reducing operational resistance and wear during low-temperature cold start;
Stronger corrosion resistance and excellent emulsion resistance ensure smooth operation of equipment in systems with water pollution;
The excellent water separation property makes the excess water entering the lubrication system easy to be discharged from the system, reducing foam, corrosion of metal parts, and other failures caused by the presence of a large amount of water in the oil. Equipment management personnel should promptly discharge water upon discovering water pollution to avoid unpredictable malfunctions.
