S11/S13/S18/S20/S22 35kV oil-immersed power transformers (50-63,000kVA) are primarily used in national grid infrastructure, renewable energy generation, petrochemical, metallurgical, mining, and transportation sectors.• The core uses high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with a multi-step lap joint structure, achieving noise levels well below the national standard.• Winding and active-part assembly employs sleeve-fit technology with strict control over the magnetic centerline alignment, ensuring balanced ampere-turn distribution and strong short-circuit withstand capability.• The active part is rigidly positioned on six faces, maintaining dimensional stability under demanding transport conditions. All sealing surfaces adopt machined grooves with locating structures to enhance sealing service life.
