Low-smoke Halogen-free Performance (per GB/T 19666-2019)

Halogen-free: No halogens; measured by ion chromatography per GB/T 17650.1-2021.
Low-smoke: Min. transmittance >= 60% per GB/T 17651.2.
Low-toxicity: Toxicity index <= 5 (recommended per GB/T 19666-2019 Annex C).

Cable Structure

1. Conductor: Class 1 (solid) or Class 2 (stranded) annealed oxygen-free copper
2. Insulation: XLPE — cross-linked PE in 3D network structure, 90°C max operating temperature
3. Filling and wrapping: High-temp flame-retardant ropes and LSZH high-resistance tapes
4. Inner sheath/armoring (optional): LSZH inner sheath; optional steel tape armoring
5. Outer sheath: LSZH polyolefin (HFFR)
