Product Overview Rated voltage 6~35kV XLPE insulated low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) flame-retardant power cable is a new-generation environmentally friendly cable developed from standard XLPE cables. It maintains XLPE's excellent electrical and mechanical performance while using LSZH polyolefin materials for the sheath and filling. During combustion, it produces extremely low smoke and releases no corrosive halogen acid gases, making it suitable for locations with high fire safety and personnel protection requirements. Designed and manufactured per GB/T 12706.1-2020 and GB/T 12706.2-2020. Flame-retardant and LSZH properties comply with GB/T 19666-2019.

From inside to outside:
1. Conductor: Multi-strand annealed copper/aluminum, compact round or stranded
2. Conductor shield: Semiconductive layer for uniform field distribution
3. Insulation: XLPE — chemical or irradiation cross-linking
4. Insulation shield: Semiconductive layer with metal shield
5. Filling and wrapping: Halogen-free flame-retardant materials
6. Inner liner: Halogen-free material
7. Armoring (optional): Steel tape or steel wire
8. Outer sheath: LSZH polyolefin — weather-resistant, chemical-resistant, high strength

- Fire protection systems (fire pumps, emergency lighting, smoke fans): WDZN-YJY to maintain power during fire
- Direct burial with mechanical forces: Armored type with suffix "22" (steel tape) or "32" (steel wire)
- Flame-retardant grade: Grade A recommended for super-high-rise and high-risk locations
- Fire-resistant requirement: Products meeting 950°C x 90 min fire resistance recommended
