Product Overview Rated voltage 6~35kV XLPE insulated low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant power cable is developed from standard XLPE insulated power cables with special functional properties. While maintaining the excellent electrical and mechanical performance of XLPE insulation, it incorporates low-smoke low-halogen flame retardants in the insulation compound and outer sheath, significantly reducing smoke volume and hydrogen halide gas release during combustion, effectively minimizing "secondary disaster" losses in fires. XLPE insulation uses peroxide dry chemical cross-linking to transform thermoplastic polyethylene into thermoset cross-linked polyethylene, significantly improving all cable performance indicators. Designed per GB/T 12706 and meeting GB/T 19666 low-smoke low-halogen flame-retardant requirements.
